WIX Kazakhstan - Important information regarding upcoming payment

Beginning June 30, 2024, Wix.com will begin charging a 12% BIN tax on services provided to Kazakhstan customers in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. This tax will be added to your next subscription renewal payment.

What does this mean for you?

If your business is registered in Kazakhstan and has a BIN, add this Business Identification Number (BIN) to your Wix account so that tax is not included on your next payment. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to Payments and Subscriptions > Payment History

2. Click the More actions icon next to the premium subscription you want

3. Select Update Account Details

4. Add BIN ID in the appropriate field

5. Click Save

If for any reason you are unable to provide your BIN number, please contact the support team .

If your business is not registered in Kazakhstan with a BIN number, from June 30, 2024, for all subsequent subscription renewal payments, the price will be increased by the amount of the BIN. You can check renewal dates and information for your subscription on the Premium Subscriptions page.

Subscriptions that are subject to sales tax can be found on the Premium Subscriptions page .

Your payment method will be charged up to 30 days before your subscription renewal date. This is necessary in order to avoid possible disruptions in the provision of Wix services that may occur during payment. Learn more about how Wix processes your payments.
