Rules for placing an order for website creation in ZIVOTON

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules regulate the terms of provision of website creation services by ZIVOTON (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) and the procedure for interaction with the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Client).

1.2. Placing an order (including payment) confirms the Client's agreement with all the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

1.3. The Rules are valid from June 12, 2014 until they disappear from the site.

2. Client's Responsibilities

2.1. The client undertakes to correctly and timely provide the materials necessary for development: texts, photos, logos, technical specifications, accesses, etc.

2.2. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided.

2.3. The Client is obliged to adhere to ethical standards of communication with the Contractor's team.

2.4. Insults, threats, aggression and humiliation of the Contractor's employees are a violation of the terms of cooperation.

2.5. The client is obliged to comply with the payment terms stipulated by the agreement or contract.

3. Contractor's responsibilities

3.1. The Contractor undertakes to perform the work in accordance with the agreed technical specifications.

3.2. The Contractor shall inform the Client about the progress of the work and intermediate stages.

3.3. The Contractor maintains the confidentiality of information transmitted by the Client.

4. Payment procedure

4.1. Website development is carried out on the basis of partial or full prepayment (the amount is determined individually).

4.2. Payment is a guarantee of booking the performer's time and resource.

4.3. In case of delay in payment, the deadline for completion of the work is automatically extended.

5. Providing materials

5.1. The client undertakes to provide all materials within the period agreed upon at the start of the project.

5.2. If the Client delays the materials for more than 10 days, the project timing is automatically extended according to the delay.

5.3. If the delay exceeds 30 calendar days, the project is frozen and the payment is not refunded, as the team's time is already booked.

5.4. Additional payment (for actual tariff indexation) may be required to resume work after a long delay.

6. Client's Responsibility

6.1. In the event of insult, disrespect or gross violation of communication ethics by the Client, the Contractor has the right to:

— stop the work;

— terminate cooperation unilaterally;

— not to return the payment made;

— add the Client to the internal blacklist and no longer accept orders from this Client.

6.2. All consequences associated with violation of the deadlines for providing materials are borne by the Client.

7. Refusal to cooperate

7.1. If the Client delays materials or payment for more than 1 month, the Contractor has the right to completely stop work on the project without refunding funds.

7.2. The Contractor reserves the right to refuse further cooperation in case of violation of these rules.

8. Warranties and completion of work

8.1. Upon completion of the project, the Contractor transfers access, files and other materials to the Client.

8.2. All minor corrections provided for in the technical specifications are performed during the warranty period (usually 7 days).

8.3. Further improvements and changes are carried out by separate agreement.
